Product messaging and positioning is the foundation on which a Go-to-Market strategy is built. In part one of this session we will discuss a framework that can be used to craft your messaging. Using the framework you can ensure that the entire organization is using the same consistent message no matter the delivery mechanism. The second part will expand the messaging structure to facilitate the development of a comprehensive positioning plan.
