Common guidelines for product ideation, UI design, A/B testing, and market roll-out are challenged and even scrapped when we are tasked with building products for internal operations. In this session, we will discuss the key differences in building products for internal operations versus the consumer market and the lessons learned for effective operational product design, testing, and roll-out.

We will introduce the idea of operational product debt and the role Product Managers play in minimizing product debt and trust erosion between engineering and operations in growing technology companies.
