Preparing a Go-To-Market strategy can be extremely time consuming. We will discuss those first few meetings that people need to get their Go-To-Marketing projects off the ground. We are going to different strategies used at MathWorks that we have used to launch a Go-To-Market conversation with senior management. One that focuses on market strategy and another focusing on development strategy. We will then lead an interactive discussion to see how others have launched their Go-To-Market planning.
